The Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSA) of the North American Subbasin (NASb) are excited to announce a series of Public Workshops geared towards sharing information related to groundwater area. The GSAs have been hard at work over the last year to update the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) and preparation of the Periodic Evaluation to meet the needs of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). The purpose of these Workshops will be to share progress on the GSP update and Periodic Evaluation preparation.
The first public meeting was held virtually on November 19th, 2025. This notice and invite is for the second public meeting scheduled for January 22, 2026, starting at 5:30PM. Please register for the event by visiting the events page linked here and clicking the ‘Going’ button.
An agenda, along with the official zoom link, can be found linked here (NASb Public Workshop Agenda_Jan 2026) – general topics for Workshop #2 are anticipated to include reviewing revisions to sustainable management criteria and updates to the Consumnes South American North American (CoSANA) Model.
