(Virtual) North American Subbasin (NASb) 2026 Public Meeting – Water Year 2025 Annual Report & GSP Evaluation/Amendment Workshop #3

Please join us for the fifth North American Subbasin (NASb or Subbasin) public meeting since the adoption of the 2021 Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP).

The NASb Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) will be presenting on the following items: 1) Provide an overview of the fifth Annual Report for the Subbasin relating to Water Year 2025 (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025) which was submitted to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) by the required April 1st deadline (full document can be viewed on DWRs SGMA Portal here) and discuss on-going implementation activities identified in the NASb GSP; and, 2) Hold the third Public Workshop geared towards sharing information related to groundwater in area, specifically, the focus of Public Workshop #3 will be on Sustainable Management Criteria related to Interconnected Surface Water. The purpose of these Workshops is to share the progress of the GSP Evaluation and Amendment and the first and second public workshops were held on November 19, 2025, and January 22, 2026, respectively. Past workshop meeting materials including the agenda, meeting notes, and the presentation can be found here.

Please note that the first agenda item, an overview of Water Year 2025 Annual Report, will be recorded and a copy will be posted and available on the NASb website shortly after the meeting. The second agenda item, NASb GSP Evaluation/Amendment Public Workshop #3, will not be recorded but meeting materials including the agenda, meeting notes, and powerpoint, will be posted to the NASb website shortly after the meeting.

The meeting will be held via Zoom, beginning at 5:30PM, Wednesday, June 24, 2026. An agenda is anticipated to be provided a week in advance of the meeting.
